What happens if my balance runs out?

We'll notify you when you need to add funds. If your balance is too low and hasn't been topped up automatically, some AI assistant actions may pause until you replenish it. The monthly fee still applies to each number that remains connected.

Can I remove a WhatsApp number from TidyChat?

Yes, you can remove it in your account settings. TidyChat will stop sending and receiving messages through that number, and billing for it will end according to your billing terms and cycle. Before removing it, check for any active conversations, automations or processes linked to the number.

The €7 monthly fee keeps each WhatsApp number connected to TidyChat. It applies for as long as the number is connected, even in months when you receive fewer messages or use your AI assistant less.

Your monthly cost updates when you add a number. If you remove one, charges for that number end according to your billing terms and cycle.

Prices are shown in EUR. If your account balance is in Romanian lei (RON), the amount is converted at the National Bank of Romania (BNR) exchange rate applicable on the day of the charge.
