Refund, Billing & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via our payment processor. Fees are shown on the pricing page and in your billing settings, in a single billing currency.
2. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. We disclose the renewal term and price before you subscribe, and — where required by law (including California's Automatic Renewal Law and EU consumer rules) — send renewal reminders. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your billing settings.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate or refund the remainder of a period except as set out below.
4. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable, except:
- Where a mandatory statutory right applies (see §5).
- At our discretion, for a documented service fault or billing error.

5. Consumer statutory rights (EU / IL)
Where you are a consumer, mandatory rights that cannot be waived are preserved, including the EU right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed, e.g. into Romanian law) and rights under Israeli consumer-protection law. Business customers waive such rights to the maximum extent permitted by law. Note that the withdrawal right may not apply once digital services have begun with your express consent.
6. Price changes

7. Taxes
Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) unless stated otherwise; taxes are added where required.
